The tears

caress your
rose filled
cheeks, leaving
ebony paths,
where none
dare to
tread.

Cerulean
gaze, twink-
ling, belies
effervescent
eyes,
brightening
the room,
echoing-
hysterical
laughter.

I will sing,
of Your joy,
dance,
in Your
Faithfulness-
on
the
Day,
called,
Today.

Freedom

Showers of
gold
red
green,
scintillating harmony.
Eyes,
overwhelmed-
still,
searching.

Flowers,
in the night,
Haze,
of magic-
joy.

Primal delight-
ooh-ing,
ah-ing,
sweet accompaniment.

This,
intoxicating prelude,
arrangement moves,
slinks,
and
then,
finale.

Orgasmic
explosion,
heat,
smeared-
rainbows.
the intensity,
A thunderous uproar.

Independence Day!

Lament

I walk,
in faith,
pray,
in faith,
deny
myself,
in faith.

In faith,
I lie me down,
screaming,
I awake,
in faith,
limbs
torn-
all,
in faith.

Standing-
empty handed-
filled,
with faith.

Why,
must
I suffer?

Struck-
by faith.

I (suffered.)
I (died.)

And you,
you,
want to be,
like
Me?
